CellEra’s low-temperature PFM fuel cell products are designed to replace kW-range battery packs and internal combustion engines, with a clean, reliable, “no moving parts” power source of superior energy density.
CellEra aims to be the first-to-market with fuel cell engines comparable in cost point to that of incumbent battery and internal combustion technologies.
CellEra’s initial product offerings will be 1-20 kW-range PFM stacks, to be embedded within power-solutions in backup power, distributed power generation and motive power.
- CellEra’s PFM-engines are fueled using compressed hydrogen.
- For distributed power generation applications ammonia, a low-cost, widely available fuel, may be used as the hydrogen source.
